Richard BakkenAs organizations and leaders seek to manage change due to the ongoing evolution of technology tools and artificial intelligence (AI) platforms, there is a growing need to evaluate the impact this is having on technology and leadership practice. This chapter begins the conversation and introduces a volume that speaks to how leaders can navigate the intersections of emerging technologies and leadership development.
