An electrochemical sensor based on a Ni/Cu-HX/CN nanocomposite for the simultaneous determination of Allura Red and Tartrazine food colorants

A sensitive and selective electrochemical platform based on nickel doped hydroxy acetate (Ni/Cu-HX) mixed with graphitic carbon nitride (CN) was used for the simultaneous determination of Allura Red and Tartrazine colorants in food samples.
