AI in an organization, its usage, limits, challenges and solutions to Information Security and Privacy

With the rapid development of AI technologies, new challenges constantly emerge concerning Information Security Practices (ISP). This paper focuses on the careful management of information processed by AI-based assistants, such as ChatGPT, emphasizing the importance of safeguarding AI-driven systems within an organization against security threats. It also explores the appropriate usage and limitations of these AI assistants, ensuring their operation aligns with organizational policies and compliance requirements. Finally, the paper presents solutions and alternatives to minimize the risk of data leakage, offering strategies that reduce residual risks and ensure a secure and compliant AI environment.
