AI时代身心修养与元气固护的中医思辨与实践路径(TCM Thinking Practical Path of Physical and Mental Cultivation and Primordial Qi Consolidation in the AI Era)

张弘驰 Hongchi Zhang
Abstract: The technological innovation in the era of artificial intelligence has gradually replaced human physical labor, logical thinking, skill execution and other links with AI, leading to a series of physical and mental problems such as insufficient physical activity, declined function of zang-fu organs, unrestrained mind and consumption of primordial qi, and further giving rise to deep-seated survival dilemmas including lost spiritual values and weakened moral bottom lines. Although modern medicine can achieve organ repair, lesion treatment and even artificial organ replacement, it is difficult to tonify the innate primordial qi of the human body, let alone rebuild the core function of the heart governing the mind and the unique spiritual core of human beings. Faced with physical and mental imbalance caused by technological alienation, guarding the mind, consolidating primordial qi and establishing the original heart have become the fundamental propositions of contemporary human life maintenance. Based on TCM theories of primordial qi, five elements and emotions, this paper proposes that courage is the righteousness of human emotions and the foundation of self-cultivation. Courage brings purity, wisdom, health, excellence and diligence, while timidity tends to lead to the disadvantages of pornography, gambling, drugs, vulgarity and laziness. In the AI era, human beings should establish the heart with courage, rectify the mind and cultivate virtue, highlighting the core value of being human. Meanwhile, it clarifies the core pathogenesis between primordial qi and courage-timidity: abundant primordial qi strengthens gallbladder qi and generates a courageous heart; a firm courageous heart regulates qi movement and consolidates primordial qi, and the two interact and complement each other. This paper systematically constructs the ideological system of five elements on courage and timidity, and condenses a five-in-one regulation framework including stretching, muscle enhancement, collateral unblocking, yang ascending and heart nourishing combined with TCM health preservation practices. It also explains that Huanlong Shu, as the practical carrier of this framework, integrates traditional health preservation wisdom with modern physical and mental needs, providing TCM theoretical support and practical paths for human physical and mental regulation, primordial qi consolidation and life awakening in the AI era.
