AI时代器官功能重构与机体元气稳态重建——基于衰老与再生医学视角的新思考(AI Era: Organ Function Reconstruction and Reestablishmentof the Body’s Primordial Qi Homeostasis——New Perspectives from Aging and Regenerative Medicine)

Abstract:Against the backdrop of population aging, aging-related multi-organ degenerative diseases and declined tissue repair ca-pacity have become core research directions in regenerative medicine. Traditional clinical interventions mainly rely on mechanicalcompensation, foreign body implantation and exogenous drugs. Although they can achieve partial functional compensation, theyhave limitations such as high trauma, disturbance of the tissue microenvironment, disruption of the body’s overall homeostasis, andfailure to activate the body’s own regenerative potential. The deep integration of artificial intelligence with brain-computer interfaces, targeted stem cell regulation, biological 3D printing, non-invasive neuroendocrine regulation and other technologies has driven the transformation of organ repair from exogenous substitution to autologous regeneration. From the perspective of aging and regenera-tive medicine, this paper analyzes the clinical shortcomings of traditional organ replacement technologies, expounds the applicationvalue of AI technology in organ function reconstruction, and provides a scientific interpretation of traditional Chinese medicine’sPrimordial Qi homeostasis based on modern biological theories.Studies show that AI technology cannot directly construct the fun-damental driving force of life, but it can assist the body in rebuilding its self-repair ability and overall physiological homeostasis byremoving regenerative obstacles, optimizing the repair microenvironment, and unblocking neuroendocrine and circulatorypathways.Thisprovides a new theoretical support and practical approach for aging intervention, organ function regeneration and the realizationofhealthy aging.
