ABSTRACT
Aggressive angiomyxoma (AA) is a rare tumor seen in female genital tract. This tumor is aggressive as it shows local spread and has a high recurrence. We describe three cases of AA in females with age ranging from 26 to 32 years which were clinically diagnosed as either fibroepithelial polyp or Bartholin’s cyst. Due to vast clinical differentials, histopathological examination becomes important in these cases. Tumor has good prognosis and surgery with long-term follow-up is treatment of choice.
