Ya Liu, Chunjing Ouyang, Dinggong Wang

Abstract

Objective

Modern individuals are plagued by persistent psychological pressure and emotional conflicts, which give rise to unbalanced mental states and deteriorating mental health. From the perspective of aesthetic existence, this study centers on individual psychological harmony and explores the inherent logic of aesthetic intervention against negative psychology. It aims to illustrate how aesthetic cognition relieves psychological pressure and optimizes mental health via practical transformation.

Subjects and Methods

This research applies theoretical deduction and qualitative analysis. It clarifies the theoretical connotation of aesthetic existence and collects typical aesthetic practice cases, so as to explore the correlations among aesthetic cognitive transformation, daily behaviors, individual psychological pressure and dynamic changes of mental states.

Results

Sound aesthetic cognition can effectively ease individual psychological pressure and resolve internal emotional conflicts. The transformation from aesthetic cognition into daily practice further stabilizes volatile mental states, dispels negative psychological cues, and substantially improves people’s overall mental health.

Conclusions

Aesthetic existence serves as a viable way for people to achieve psychological harmony. The progressive mechanism from aesthetic cognition to life practice can continuously ease long-term psychological pressure, adjust disordered mental states and maintain sound mental health, which provides new theoretical support for the cultivation of positive psychology.
