Intussusception, the telescoping or invagination of a proximal bowel segment into the adjacent distal segment, is a condition more commonly associated with the pediatric population but presents as a rare occurrence in adults. This case series explores four instances of adult intussusception encountered at a medical institution in Pune, India. The patients displayed diverse clinical presentations, diagnostic challenges, and surgical interventions. The causes varied, encompassing malignancy, Meckel's diverticulum, and lipoma. Surgical resection with primary anastomosis was the mainstay of treatment. These cases underscore the importance of considering intussusception in the differential diagnosis of adult patients with abdominal pain and obstruction. Early diagnosis and surgical intervention remain crucial for optimal patient outcomes.
