Adaptive optics imaging in bilateral vitelliform maculopathy

Adaptive optics imaging enables in vivo visualisation of retinal microstructure at cellular resolution, providing a detailed baseline for longitudinal assessment and a potential outcome measure for future cellular-targeted therapies.
