ACTIVITY MODEL AS A SCIENTIFIC JUSTIFICATION OF THE NEW GENERATION STATE EDUCATIONAL STANDARD AT SAINT-PETERSBURG UNIVERSITY OF STATE FIRE SERVICE OF EMERCOM OF RUSSIA

A model of activity is considered and proposed, which can be used to scientifically substantiate the model of specialist training and the formation of a new generation of state higher education institutions. Standard lists are shown as the most important research tools that require great effort and responsibility in its development, as well as objective and subjective methods, which include content analysis, interviews, and questionnaires.
