Actinic Prurigo in Scotland – What Have we Learnt Over the Years?
Chee Hian Tan, Robert S Dawe, Sally H IbbotsonIn this 10-year retrospective study of actinic prurigo in Scotland, we observed a higher-than-expected proportion of adult-onset cases, which were associated with more persistent disease and less clinical improvement compared to childhood-onset disease. These findings reinforce the value of longitudinal phototesting and increased awareness of adult-onset AP in the UK.
