A Rare Case of Multiple Anterior Urethral Valves in a Child

BSTRACT
Multiple anterior urethral valves (AUVs) causing congenital bladder outlet obstruction (BOO) have been reported only once. We report an 8-year-old boy with multiple AUVs missed on prior imaging and cystoscopy. This case highlights the need for meticulous evaluation of the entire urethra in pediatric BOO.
