A rare case of Miller–Fisher variant of Guillain–Barré syndrome after tattooing

We present a case of Miller–Fisher Syndrome (MFS), which presented shortly after the patient underwent tattooing. A 34-year-old hypertensive male developed ophthalmoplegia, diplopia, and ataxia after recent tattooing. Anti-GQ1b antibodies confirmed MFS despite normal neuroimaging. The treatment with intravenous immunoglobulin led to improvement. This case emphasizes tattoos as a potential MFS trigger and highlights the need for prompt diagnosis and treatment.
