A TME-responsive nucleus-targeting DNA-binding nanoplatform for hypoxic-tumor photodynamic therapy. It combines a polymeric vehicle and AIE type-I photosensitizer (TD) for TME-specific release, causing intranuclear DNA damage and antitumor effects.
