Kate Monteith RossPigmentary disorders and benign keratinocytic lesions such as seborrhoeic keratoses (SKs) and solar lentigines are common manifestations of cutaneous ageing and cumulative ultraviolet (UV) exposure. Traditional approaches often focus on lesion removal alone; however, recurrence and post-inflammatory pigmentary alteration remain clinical challenges. This case study presents a multimodal treatment protocol combining nitrogen plasma technology, topical growth factor therapy, and LED photobiomodulation to address both lesion reduction and the underlying skin environment. Over six treatment sessions, progressive improvement was observed in lesion count, pigment uniformity, dermal architecture, and overall skin quality. This paper explores the mechanisms underpinning each modality and advocates for a regenerative, inflammation-conscious approach to pigmentary and keratinocytic skin changes.
