A Mixed-Methods Study to Evaluate the Impact of the Lead Pastor's Psychological Capital Upon the Process of Leading Church Revitalization

In response to the substantial amount of church revitalization necessary to cause a decrease in the 70% of churches in America that are declining, lead pastors carry a biblical responsibility to lead churches into growth and spiritual health. However, a substantial majority of revitalization education focuses on the practical methodology of implementing church renewal strategies. In contrast, this study examined educating on the psychological nature of the lead pastor in leading church revitalization.
