This short final chapter spotlights key concepts and themes introduced throughout the rest of the book, and uses the musical training of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart as a metaphor to guide the practice of aspiring team leaders interested in developing their expertise.
The central point that we make is this: simply reading this book will not make someone a better leader.
