To harvest the movement energy in the running and realize the function of exercise monitoring, a piezoelectric exercise health monitoring device with two excitation modules (PED‐TEM) is designed in this paper. The device is divided into the piezoelectric power generation part and excitation module, respectively worn on the upper arm and the lower arm of the human. The triangular link mechanism is designed in the piezoelectric power generation part to realize the function of excitation transfer. The excitation module designs two excitation structures, which are assembled in the prototype to realize the function of motion energy harvesting and motion monitoring. The parameters affecting the prototype performance are obtained through theoretical and simulation analysis: spring line diameter and the cam protrusion number (cam‐n). The best structural parameters of the prototype were obtained experimentally, being spring line diameter 0.4 mm, cam‐3 excitation. The optimal output voltage of the prototype is 118.78 V pp , and the optimal output power is 558 mW, which can light up 132 LEDs and successfully power the temperature and humidity sensor. A series of experiments proved the superiority of PED‐TEM in terms of energy harvesting and movement monitoring, providing a reference for exercise health monitoring equipment.
