A comparative study on the treatment of lumbar disc herniation by traditional Chinese medical massage

Lumbar disc herniation is the main cause of low back and leg pain. It is a common and frequently occurring disease. At present, the basic research, diagnosis and treatment of lumbar disc herniation have made great progress. Compared with hand surgery, it has less trauma, can relieve pain effectively, and is widely used in clinical practice. The purpose of this paper is to compare the advantages of different massage manipulations in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation, to understand the characteristics of medical massage manipulations of different ethnic groups, and to expand the ideas of massage for the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.
