The large‐scale integration of distributed photovoltaic (DPV) generation poses significant challenges to the economy and resilience of distribution networks, making it critical to balance these two objectives. To address this issue, this paper proposes a coordinated PV‐storage planning method considering distribution network resilience. A bi‐layer optimisation model is established, incorporating power balance, AC power flow, and system capacity constraints. The upper layer minimises a weighted sum of economic costs and resilience benefit loss, where resilience benefit is quantified by the reduction in annual expected energy not supplied (EENS). The lower layer minimises operational costs and voltage deviations. A conditional generative adversarial network is employed to generate massive source‐load scenarios for normal and fault days, followed by dimensionality reduction using an improved K‐means clustering method. The crisscross optimisation algorithm and Gurobi solver are used for joint model solution. Simulation analyses on the IEEE 33‐, 69‐, and 123‐bus systems verify the effectiveness, practicability, and scalability of the proposed method. The results demonstrate that the proposed method effectively improves the resilience and security of distribution networks while ensuring economic efficiency.
