To assess treatment outcomes, we used the European Quality of Life-5 Dimensions (EQ-5D) and the Numerical Rating Scale (NRS).Results: The patient’s clinical symptoms improved after 17 days of treatment with Korean medicine. The EQ-5D index increased from 0.427 to 0.83, and the NRS score decreased from 6 to 3. No severe adverse effects related to Korean medicine were observed. Conclusion: This study suggests that complex Korean medicine may have beneficial effects in patients with abdominal pain after laparoscopic hysterectomy who were diagnosed with the pattern of stasis and wet binding in the Thoroughfare and Conception Vessels.
