A 59‐year‐old man with recurrent gastric cancer began nivolumab as third‐line therapy and subsequently experienced joint pain and dry eyes. Symptoms worsened despite NSAIDs. He was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and Sjögren's syndrome, associated with nivolumab, and was successfully treated with immunosuppressive and anti‐rheumatic medications.
