A Case of Phonological Obsession Masquerading As Auditory Hallucination

Diagnostic challenges and uncommon clinical presentations are hallmarks of psychiatric illnesses. Here we present such a case of phonological obsession which presented as auditory hallucinations. Further larger sample based literature will throw more light into the phenomenonology and nosology of such illnesses.
