A case of 54 year old male presented with intensely itchy tense hemorrhagic bullae on erythematous background over trunk and limbs since 12 months, with poor response to oral prednisolone therapy. Diagnosis of Hemorrhagic bullous pemphigoid was made based on highly suspicious clinical presentation, Tzank smear and Histpathological examination. Patient was successfully treated with the combination of Oral Doxycycline and Oral Dapsone.
