A bioorthogonal frequency-shift SERS sensor for the ultrasensitive diagnosis of γ-glutamyl transferase activity

Yaru Gao, Qiang Guo, Jing Sun, Wanqing Dai, Hongyan Sun, Jian Lin Chen

A bioorthogonal frequency-shift SERS platform quantifies γ-glutamyl transferase. Cleavage of a butadiyne reporter on a 3D AgNP array induces a 5 cm −1 shift in the Raman silent region, enabling ultrasensitive detection (0.032 U L −1 ).
