82‐4: Color characterization of virtual reality devices using professional‐and consumer‐grade instruments

Color characteristics of an OLED‐based virtual reality headset were measured using a professional‐grade telescopic spectroradiometer and a consumer‐grade contact‐type colorimeter. The average color error was 1.02 ΔE00 and could be further reduced to 0.57 ΔE00 after customized calibration.
