In this paper, we have developed Z‐type Multi‐Foldable AMOLED (ZMFA) for high durability and foldability. These properties are achieved by optimized Neutral plane of module stack. We also optimized module stack and layer materials for durability. In this paper, We will show panel characteristic of 8.97inch multi‐foldable (Z type) displays which 200k in & out folding cycles with inner folding 1.5R and Outer folding 4.0R Also, dent 6H@300gf and pen tracing (1.4 km@ 200gf)
