To compile all the previous chapters into a summarizing content, this fifth section explains national regulations related to the use, exploitation and conservation of aquatic organisms and ecosystems. It also explains what are the more common unsustainable activities taking place in the country, and what are the largest stressor affecting the preservation of the national aquatic heritage.
