Abstract

Large paraesophageal hernias are always a challenge to the surgeons. Robotic platforms add advantages to theses technically challenging surgical procedures, but it is not available in many parts of the world.

Laparoscopy is still the most common approach and we present a video of different tips and tricks and some key steps to achieve better results.
