4. Transcription in Modern Spanish of the Selected Chapters from Salinas’s Memorial

Supplementing the translation and hyperlinked to it, a transcription into modern Spanish of the Memorial ’s chapters that Who Will Speak the Truth renders in English. Though the Spanish is modernized, the transcription maintains Salinas’s syntax, punctuation, capitalization, quotations in Latin, and so on. It thus offers direct contact with the dense original text that eliminates some of the obstacles to understanding it.
