38‐1: Invited Paper: Micro Light‐Emitting Diode Pixel Circuit and Driving Method Considering Wavelength Shift

We proposed micro light‐emitting diode (μLED) pixel circuits and driving methods. Because the wavelength shift of μLEDs occurs as the current density is varied, we designed pixel circuits based on pulse width modulation (PWM), hybrid PWM and pulse amplitude modulation (PAM), and quaternary digital driving.
