[3+2] Annulation of p ‐Quinamines With α,β‐Unsaturated Compounds: Access to Multisubstituted Hydroindole Derivatives

The DMAP‐catalyzed [3 + 2] annulation of para ‐quinamines with α,β‐unsaturated compounds is reported. This protocol provides concise and efficient access to multisubstituted hydroindole derivatives in high yields with excellent diastereoselectivity under mild reaction conditions. Furthermore, the reaction features a broad substrate scope, high atom economy, and compatibility with post‐synthetic derivatization, which collectively enhance the synthetic utility of this protocol.
