We have investigated the temporal dependence of Micro‐LED arrays with size ranging 7‐100 μm. Under short pulse, 7 μm micro‐LEDs exhibits 20% higher EQE as compared to DC operation condition. The efficiency reduction by sidewall defects in small micro‐LED could be significantly reduced by applying short voltage pulse.
