麻醉手术室老年手术患者麻醉相关风险护理对策研究

Abstract：With the aggravation of population aging，the number of elderly surgical patients continues to increase. Due to declined visceral function，multiple underlying diseases，and poor physical tolerance，this group has a significantly higher risk of peri-anesthetic adverse events than ordinary patients，serving as a high-risk group for anesthesia nursing in operating rooms. This study aimed to sort out the anesthesia-related risks and scientific nursing intervention measures for elderly surgical patients and improve the safety of anesthesia and surgery in elderly patients. By reviewing relevant literatures，this paper summarized the types of peri-anesthetic risks in elderly patients and formulated targeted nursing measures. It systematically sorted out the inducing factors of various anesthesia risks and corresponding nursing countermeasures，so as to ensure the perioperative safety of elderly patients.
