鸟巢式护理在早产儿中的研究进展（Research status of bird’s nest nursing in premature infants ）

Abstract：Objective Bird’s nest nursing is a nursing measure to create a natural environment similar to bird’s nest on the basis of incubator and close to the mother’s uterus. It is a neonatal nursing concept of developmental care for premature infants. Methods During the period of bird’s nest nursing, the growth and development environment of premature infants has been guaranteed to a certain extent, so that they can obtain a sense of security, which has an important impact on reducing complications. Results reducing mortality and promoting the development of nervous system. This article reviews the effects of bird nest nursing on premature infants’body temperature. Conclusion respiration, nutrition, jaundice and nervous system development, so as to provide reference for clinical nursing.
