高校羽毛球社团发展现状、问题与对策研究——以重庆第二师范学院为例（Research on the Development Status, Issues, and Countermeasures of University Badminton Clubs： Taking Chongqing Second Normal University as an example）

Abstract：University badminton clubs are one of the key ways to build campus sports culture, playing an irreplaceable role in promoting overall student development and implementing the national fitness strategy. This article focuses on the badminton club at Chongqing Second Normal University, using methods like literature review, questionnaires, interviews, and statistical analysis. During field research, we handed out 100 questionnaires and got all 100 back. Semi-structured interviews with club leaders and members showed that the club has set up a basic organisational framework and activity system, but there are still issues like uneven grade distribution among members, high turnover, repetitive and simple activities, obvious venue resource conflicts, rough management, limited funding sources, and inadequate equipment. Based on this, the article suggests improvements in four areas: better recruitment and retention, a more diverse activity system, smarter venue use, and more funding options. Hopefully, these ideas can help the badminton club at Chongqing Second Normal University grow in a positive way and offer some pointers for similar sports clubs at local normal universities.
