Abstract: Based on the new era's "Five-Pronged Approach" educational policy, this study explores the implementation path of systematically integrating moral education, intellectual education, physical education, aesthetic education, and labor education into college dance courses. Through literature review, questionnaire surveys, and action research, the study analyzes the current domestic and international research landscape, constructs a theoretical model of "Five-Pronged Synergy," and designs a modular teaching program along with a closed-loop evaluation system. The research results show that reconstructing teaching objectives, optimizing teaching content (e.g., introducing ideological and political cases and tiered course modules), and innovating teaching methods (blended and project-based learning) can significantly enhance students' overall quality. In the pilot class, the comprehensive quality achievement rate reached 85%, team collaboration ability improved by 40%, artistic expression improved by 35%, and the physical fitness qualification rate increased from 78% to 92%. The innovations include the construction of the theoretical model, the "theory-practice-evaluation" closed-loop pathway, and the development of a quantitative evaluation system. The research findings provide a replicable model for reforming college physical education courses, offering both theoretical depth and practical value, and promoting the modernization of education.
