Abstract：China’s agricultural modernization is gradually advancing, and the construction of high standard farmland has become an important measure to improve the quality of arable land and ensure food security. During the construction process, there is often a contradiction between the spatial layout, utilization efficiency, and ecological functions of land resources. In some areas, the emphasis is only on construction rather than overall planning and quantity rather than quality, resulting in a relatively low overall allocation efficiency of land resources and a prominent problem of resource mismatch between regions. This article introduces the theory of resource allocation, focusing on the intrinsic relationship between high standard farmland construction and optimized allocation of land resources, and systematically analyzes the impact path of high standard farmland construction on land resource allocation.
