锦州人工智能产业与消费投资互动的内生逻辑与实践探索（The endogenous logic and practical exploration of the interaction between Jinzhou artificial intelligence industry and consumption and investment）

Abstract: with the deep integration of digital economy and real economy, Jinzhou is a representative city in the transformation of the old industrial base in Northeast China, and the local AI industry is at a critical stage from policy driven to market driven. At present, there are some problems in this industry, such as single investment structure, insufficient consumer end application scenarios, and the industrial chain and local consumption and investment cycle have not yet formed an effective closed loop. Based on the endogenous growth theory and regional innovation system theory, this paper builds a three-dimensional interactive analysis framework of "industry consumption investment", deeply combs the endogenous logical relationship between the development of Jinzhou AI industry and consumption investment, and empirically tests the investment and financing behavior, local consumption response mechanism and policy intervention effect of Jinzhou AI enterprises by using case analysis and econometric model.
