超声科外籍专家工作室与远程会诊中心建设：技术路径与国际合作模式探析

Abstract：With the rapid development of 5G communication，artificial intelligence and robotic technology，remote ultrasound diagnosis and treatment has become an important means of improving the accessibility of medical resources. This paper systematically discusses the technical pathways，international cooperation models and implementation effects of constructing a foreign expert studio and tele-consultation center in the department of ultrasound. The results show that the coordinated construction of a remote ultrasound robotic system，a standardized quality control system and multi-level cooperation mechanisms can effectively realize the cross-regional allocation of high-quality medical resources and significantly improve the diagnostic capacity and homogeneity of primary hospitals. Meanwhile，the deep involvement of foreign experts brings advanced technical concepts and research methods，promoting the transformation of ultrasound medicine from simple diagnosis to integrated diagnosis and treatment. Based on domestic and international practical experience，this paper puts forward the construction principle of giving equal weight to technology，talents and institutions，providing a theoretical reference and practical framework for the construction and continuous optimization of such platforms.
