Abstract：Under the background of globalization，establishing a foreign expert studio and tele-consultation center in the department of ultrasound is a strategic measure to promote the leap-forward development of the discipline. This paper systematically discusses the international cooperation research pathways of this platform in five core directions： ultrasound molecular imaging and targeted therapy，artificial intelligence and multimodal image fusion，remote ultrasound technology and 5G application，ultrasound integrated diagnosis and treatment of specialty diseases，and clinical verification of novel ultrasound technologies and equipment development. By analyzing specific cases and practical models，this paper reveals the technical basis，operating mechanisms and implementation points of platform construction，aiming to provide a theoretical reference and practical framework for building a high-level international disciplinary platform，promoting the sinking of high-quality medical resources and advancing the development of precision medicine.
