要旨　肩甲帯部重複損傷は高エネルギーの外傷を原因とする。この損傷に伴い，遅発性の上気道狭窄を生じうることは知られていない。今回，前述の経過をたどった2症例を経験した。肩甲帯部は結合組織が疎であるため，骨折部からの出血や軟部組織損傷による腫脹が緩徐に増大する。肩甲帯部重複損傷の症例は，遅発性に上気道狭窄が生じることを想定し，入院管理で持続的に呼吸状態を観察する必要がある。
