Abstract: Objective Evaluate and compare the restorative effects of integrated fiber posts and all ceramic posts in elderly patients with traumatic teeth. Methods Selecting 80 elderly patients (106 affected teeth) with traumatic teeth who were admitted to the hospital from October 2015 to October 2020, all of whom have completed root canal treatment; According to the principle of random number table grouping, they were divided into two groups: a control group of 40 cases, treated with all ceramic post restoration; A study group of 40 cases underwent integrated fiber post repair treatment. Compare the restoration effect, bite force and chewing efficiency, and tooth fracture strength between two groups of teeth after restoration. Results The dental restoration effect of 98.25% in the study group was higher than that of 87.76% in the control group (P<0.05); Before treatment, the difference in bite force and chewing efficiency between the two groups of patients was small (P>0.05). After treatment, re evaluation showed that the study group had higher bite force and chewing efficiency than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical restoration of elderly patients with traumatic teeth, the use of integrated fiber posts has better restoration effects, higher biting force, and chewing efficiency compared to all ceramic posts.
