Abstract: Under the background of "dual carbon" goals and sustainable development strategies, the transition of enterprises from high-speed growth to high-quality development is an inevitable trend of the times. As a micro-practice bridging corporate environmental strategies and employee behavior, Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) serves as a key endogenous driving force for high-quality enterprise development. This paper systematically analyzes the economic effects of GHRM in driving high-quality development. It theoretically elucidates the core mechanisms and constructs a coupling framework, analyzes the enhancement effects on internal economic efficiency, and explores the spillover effects on market value and competitive advantage. Finally, to amplify these economic effects, the paper proposes innovative paths such as the construction of a green talent supply chain, aiming to provide theoretical guidance and practical insights for enterprises to achieve the synergy of economic and environmental benefits and move towards high-quality development.
