结肠息肉内镜下切除术后护理研究进展综述（Research Progress Review on Postoperative Nursing After Endoscopic Resection of Colonic Polyps）

Abstract：Colonic polyps are high-incidence precancerous lesions of the digestive system. Endoscopic resection is currently the preferred minimally invasive therapy for colonic polyps in clinical practice, featuring minor trauma, rapid recovery and high safety. Nevertheless, postoperative intestinal mucosal wounds are susceptible to factors including intestinal peristalsis, faecal irritation and abdominal pressure fluctuations, rendering patients prone to complications such as bleeding, perforation, infection, abdominal distension and abdominal pain, which severely impair postoperative rehabilitation and long-term prognosis. Standardized and scientific postoperative nursing serves as a core guarantee to reduce the incidence of complications, accelerate the recovery of intestinal function and improve patients’ long-term prognosis. By reviewing relevant domestic and foreign literature published in recent years, this paper summarizes risk factors for complications after endoscopic resection of colonic polyps, the application status of various nursing interventions, existing deficiencies in nursing practice and future development trends, so as to provide references for clinicians to optimize postoperative nursing protocols and establish a standardized nursing system for colonic polyps.
