精细化管理模式下专科手术配合质量提升的实践研究(A Practical Study on the Enhancement of Specialty Surgery Cooperation Quality under the Context of the Fine Management Model)
邱思华 Sihua Qiu Abstract:Objective To analyze the application eff ect of applying meticulous management methods in the nursing cooperation for specialized surgeries, and to clarify the role of this model in improving the quality of surgical cooperation, reducing nursing errors, and enhancing the safety of surgeries for patients. Methods 80 patients undergoing specialized surgeries and 400 surgeries during the period from January 2024 to June 2024 were selected as the research subjects. The cases during the period from January 2024to March 2024, which received conventional management, were set as the control group, and the cases during the period from April2024 to June 2024, which received meticulous management, were set as the observation group. The evaluation standards for surgical cooperation effi cacy (surgical cooperation quality score), incidence of intraoperative errors, operation time, and satisfaction were compared between the two periods. Results The scores for intraoperative instrument preparation, body position arrangement, disinfection and isolation measures, and rescue cooperation quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the incidence of nursing errors was lower than that in the control group. The operation time was shorter than that in the control group, and the patient satisfaction was higher than that in the control group. The diff erences were statistically signifi cant (p<0.05).Conclusion The meticulous management model can comprehensively optimize the surgical cooperation procedures, reduce surgical nursing safety risks, and improve surgical effi ciency and service quality. Therefore, it is suitable for the promotion of clinical specialized surgery nursing application.
