穴位敷贴针对胸痹心痛病患者胸闷胸痛的护理研究(Nursing Study on Acupoint Application Therapy for Patients with Chest Tightness and Chest Pain)
刘婷 Ting Liu Abstract:Objective To investigate the nursing efficacy of acupoint application therapy in managing chest tightness and chest pain in patients with chest Bi-heart pain syndrome. Methods From July 2025 to December 2025, this study enrolled 40 patients diagnosed with chest Bi-heart pain syndrome. These patients were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method. The control group received conventional Western medical care and standard nursing interventions, while the observation group received acupoint application nursing care; the nursing outcomes were then compared between the two groups. Results The overall effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05 ); the cardiac function in the observation group showed a significant improvement compared to that in the control group (P <0.05 ); the frequency of chest pain and chest tightness episodes in the observation group was significantly reduced compared to that in the control group (P <0.05 ); and both the chest pain score and negative emotion score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P <0.05 ). Conclusion Implementing acupoint application nursing intervention for patients with chest Bi-heart pain syndrome not only achieves a significantly higher nursing efficacy rate but also improves cardiac function, reduces the frequency of chest pain and chest tightness episodes, and lowers both the chest pain score and negative emotion score.
