电子化招聘系统对人才配置效率的影响分析(Analysis of the impact of electronic recruitment system on talent allocation efficiency)

Abstract: with the rapid iteration of information technology and the in-depth promotion of digital transformation, the electronic recruitment system has gradually become the mainstream channel for enterprises to obtain talents. The traditional recruitment model has increasingly shown limitations in terms of information matching efficiency, resume screening speed and candidate evaluation accuracy. At present, although the electronic recruitment system is widely used in practice, its specific impact mechanism on talent allocation efficiency is still lack of systematic empirical analysis, especially in how to balance the technical advantage and potential matching deviation. The purpose of this study is to build an analysis framework including three dimensions: the degree of digitalization of recruitment process, the accuracy of candidate matching algorithm and the efficiency of organizational decision-making. By collecting recruitment data and talent flow indicators from enterprises in different industries, and using regression analysis and mediation effect test, the direct impact and indirect path of electronic recruitment system on talent allocation efficiency are systematically investigated.
