生态系统理论视角下先天性心脏病儿童的医疗救助个案研究——从“玻璃心”到“钻石心”的蜕变（A Case Study of Medical Assistance for Children with Congenital Heart Disease from the Perspective of Ecosystem Theory：The Transformation from 'Fragile Hearts' to 'Diamond Hearts'）

Abstract: Children with congenital heart disease face multiple challenges, including medical, economic, psychological, and social difficulties. Based on the ecosystem theory, this study conducted a 5-month case intervention with a 7-year-old rural child with congenital heart disease, using a combination of interviews, observations, and scale assessments to implement coordinated interventions across micro, meso, and macro systems. The results showed significant improvement in the child's physical condition, enhanced social skills, improved academic performance, better family caregiving ability and reduced economic pressure, and increased community participation. The conclusion confirms the effectiveness of multi-system coordinated intervention, highlighting the need for social workers to integrate resources, provide empowerment, and advocate. The implications of this study suggest simplifying assistance procedures, establishing long-term postoperative rehabilitation and community follow-up mechanisms, and promoting a shift toward sustainable support.
