点阵 CO₂激光术后医用修复敷料干预对创面愈合及色素沉着的影响
杨根 Gen Yang Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effect of intervention with medical repair dressings on wound healing and postoperative pigmentation in patients after fractional CO? laser surgery,so as to optimize the clinical repair regimen after laser treatment. Methods: A total of 82 patients receiving fractional CO?laser treatment in our hospital from January 2024 to December 2025 were enrolled and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 41 cases in each group. The control group received routine postoperative skin care, while the observation group was treated with additional medical repair dressings. The wound healing time, excellent and good rate of wound healing, incidence of pigmentation at 1 month and 3 months after operation, and skin repair quality were compared between the two groups. Results: The wound healing time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, and the excellent and good rate of wound healing was higher. The incidence rates of pigmentation at 1 month and 3 months postoperatively were markedly lower in the observation group, with statistically significant intergroup differences (P<0.05).Conclusion: The application of medical repair dressings after fractional CO?laser surgery can effectively accelerate wound healing, improve wound repair quality and reduce the risk of postoperative pigmentation. With high safety, this regimen is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
